I have been using priory pharmacy since opening for myself and family and they have always been fabulous ! Dom is especially warm , friendly professional and will go out of his way to complete all he has promised .

This pharmacy should run for the "Ultimate Useless Pharmacy in the ???? Award", the will win, as they have three staff there who do absolutely nothing, nothing apart from telling us customers that the pharmacist is on his/her break.
Never answer the phone. I'm out of meds having ordered 5 days ago and I guess they don't care
Awful service. Went in for calamine lotion at 1pm. Got told they cannot sell me anything as pharmacist on lunch until 3pm. Wouldn't have minded if it was a behind the counter product but it isn't. Might as well close your doors when pharmacist isnt there. Shocking!
I'd give zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Last night I saw an extended hours GP who sent my prescription directly to this pharmacy as it was advertised as open until 10pm. I arrived at 7.57pm to have the door shut in my face and the lady refusing to open up saying they were closed. I eventually spoke to her and she refused to help me and left me no way to get my medication as I didn't have a physical prescription. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This resulted in another 3 hours of my night being wasted as I had to go to hospital and see someone in order to get another prescription issued directly from them as I was poorly and needed antibiotics ASAP. All doctors and out of hours services are advising people to go there as they have not updated systems to show they close at 8pm not 10pm as advertised. Or 7.57pm in the case of last night. On top of this they do not answer the phones AT ALL. Shocking service and so glad this is not my regular pharmacy!
Disgusted with this pharmacy, was so good once, now they don't answer phones although they tell you to ring before you pick prescription up, so when you turn up and to be told there not ready you would expect them to get them ready for you to go back the next day, NO. 30 minutes I had to wait for them to sort them out. Same with other customers waiting. Excuse is shortage of staff, although there was 5 people working round back of till. Sort it out and stop blaming covid for everything.
Rang 111 and was prescribed antibiotics, told prescription was being sent to this pharmacy which is noted on their system as being open until 10:30pm, I arrived at 9:30pm and it was closed, no problem I thought, obviously they've changed their opening times and shut at 8pm, I'll come back in the morning.
This photo was taken at 11:20am the following morning... should be open according to the sign but clearly not!! So, no prescription and no-way of getting it from here.
Worth mentioning I rang this surgery the day before too, before I called 111 as you're reminded to do so if it's not urgent in case the pharmacist can help so as to not put pressure on the NHS, they NEVER answered the phone, awful service!
Looks like I'll be back on the phone to 111 to get my prescription sent to another pharmacy, it's anyone's guess when this one will be open...
Pharmacy: If this is due to being understaffed at least keep customers who rely on the service in the loop, change the hours on the door, leave a note, update the hours on the website or most importantly let the NHS know so they don't send prescriptions to you out of hours.
This pharmacy is always helpful,very caring, very patient friendly considering they are short staff during a pandemics..super heroes,If the pharmacy was not here we wouldn't get our medication. They Work hard keep up the good work.
