No hesitation recommending for MOTs and minor repairs. Used this place for many years with no complaints. Recently on their last day of opening before Xmas I realised that one of our cars MOT was due and needed the vehicle over the Xmas break. No problem, it was slotted in at end of working day... and failed!! No problem the staff quickly organised and went to fetch the part, stayed on after hours to fit it and then passed the vehicle. Has to rank as one if the best incidents of client/customer loyalty I've come across. Over the last year they have helped me out with problems numerous times and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommended!!!
With the run up to Christmas, I completely forgot that the mot on my car is due on January 2nd, at a time when I was planning to be away from home. I contacted Prince Street Garage and was told that they could fit me in today if I could be there by 4pm.
My car failed the mot as it needed a replacement part. The mechanic went out to collect the part and fitted it for me straight away and the cost was far less than I expected. Both he and the garage owner stayed on after their designated closing time in order to complete the job.
I can't recommend Prince Street Garage highly enough. If not for them, I would not be able to visit my daughter in North Wales on Boxing Day. The service was over and above anything that I could have hoped for.
