Held my car hostage. Car went in Thursday, rang me friday to say it was ready. All info on signage and online says they close at 5:30pm. Went to collect the car at 3pm and they were closed. No answer to landline, call to mobile phone rejected. They left a message on Saturday to say we could collect it within the hour, but the message wasn't received until well after the hour had passed as I was at work. Had to wait till Monday morning before I could collect my car. As a paramedic working in Blackpool but living in Preston, I had to get lifts to and from work from Friday to Monday, including night shifts etc, because they chose to close early without giving me warning. Extremely poor customer service. And no, before you ask, we had had no issues prior to this that would cause them to want to withhold our car. None.
I took my car to fixed most of the garages and they couldn't ????

Simon and the team have done an incredible job of changing my gearbox bearings. Whilst my car was in for a repair, they also sorted other issues I wasn't initially aware of! A very professional and proactive service. Would confidently recommend.

I had one issue with a Vauxhall gearbox and they rectified it quickly for me no excuses or trying to blame the driver (like most places do)

Sorted out my diesel leak from my diesel filter on my LDV. Turned into a tricky job as the housing around it was faulty as well. Went out of their way to get it fixed. No diesel leaking since. Great lads. Great price. Highly recommended!

M32 gearbox repair.
I'd taken my car to them a number of years ago with what I was sure was the start of the usual M32 gearbox problem. They told me to come back when it gets worse. Very honest people, actually refusing to take money off me to do the job!
Anyway, eventually it got a little worse, and with an impending long journey coming up I got them to have another look and this time got the job done.
Done in exactly the timeframe and for the cost quoted beforehand.
Very impressed by Simon & Mick. Brilliant company.
Simon and the lads did a great job at a reasonable price. 2016 Vauxhall Vivaro, new gearbox bearings etc including labour, turned around in 24hrs. Thanks again. Highly recommended
