I can’t praise this pharmacy and its staff enough. I was registered with a much larger chemist chain but was always being let down by them because very often they couldn’t get items on my prescription. No such problem here - it’s fulfilled every time and that has taken away a lot of worry. Not only that,but the staff are professional and are a credit to their employer.
(Have to say,I’m a little bit confused by a negative review on here - it doesn’t sound like we’re talking about the same place!!)
This pharmacy is amazing !! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the delivery service even though I live quite a distance away is second to none , Even though they are very busy they always make time for you , Well done and Thankyou
Fantastic service..I am so pleased I changed to this pharmacy after experiencing dreadful service from my previous chemist.I now have my prescriptions delivered on time by friendly staff.Would definitely recommend.I am so relieved I can now relax a little knowing I don't have to worry every month when my prescription is due that I'm going to get it on time. Absolutely awful business, it’s a total gamble going to collect a prescription.
The excuses for not being able to hand over my pre ordered prescription have so far been.
- Sorry, we don’t have any keys for the till and can’t issue your prescription.
- Sorry, we have no change in the till until 9.30 so can’t let you have your prescription.
- The card machine isn’t working, you’ll have to come back later to collect your prescription.
- We’re waiting on a delivery of your medication, can you come back tomorrow night.
- Sorry we can’t dispense your prescription as There’s no pharmacist in at the moment, can you come back later.
It’s possibly the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter, unfortunately I’m stuck with them as they’re my Gp’s nominated pharmacy. (Although reading other reviews on here it looks like I’ll be being refused service anyway for leaving a 1* review)
Wonderful pharmacy with great staff. They’re always offering new services and goes above and beyond to help you. Would highly recommend.

Update - I was having discomfort around my left side I called and saw a stand in pharmacist. He was brilliant ! Helped me understand what could be wrong but also being cautious. Recommended a few things to try as we were off on holiday the next day. I took his advice and sorted the problem. Was very reassuring that I could talk to him to ease my worries. As always, great service and care. We have now moved house, not too far and have our meds delivered. Superb service, fast and efficient. Cant recommend this pharmacy enough.
