I can not recommend Prestige Car specialist enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. This afternoon, I took my car there for MOT test without an appointment. Thry managed to squeeze me in their busy schedule (thank you for this). They are very professional, friendly and efficient.
They work in conjunction with Scammers to scam hardworking people off money. They don’t get any customers only through scamming companies like service stop to lure customers like me in the time of living crises and lie and fail your mot and say this needs to be done that needs to be done and give no choice to pay or they don’t release your car. Even after you pay you don’t get your car on the same day! I booked my service and mot with them through service stop. Absolute cons charged me £800 pound and done no work to my car the report say they did. My car don’t feel any different. I wish I had read the reviews before I got robbed unknowingly. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT USE THEM. I CURSE THIS COMPANY TO GO BUST ALONG WITH THEIR PARTNERS SERVICE STOP!!
Took my Lexus IS250 here for a service and MOT. They attempted to fail me due to brake lights not working and quoted me a ridiculous £240 as it takes 1 hour to change. I do my basic checks before MOT to make sure it does not fail. There were no faults with the bulb as I had recently changed them myself... AVOID. Dishonest and dont waste your money. Ended up going elsewhere.
Total rip off. Grossly overpriced extras, and very deceiving and dishonest advice over the phone. I was quoted £178 for servicing and MOT but the total bill came over £1000, for a car I hardly use. I won't be using them again.
I used this garage in October 2023 through servicing stop which offers a free pick up and drop off service. I used it for a standard service which I paid for in advance. With regards to the service my vehicle needed work but I didnt complete the extra work due to the 3rd party - servicing stop extortionate pricing so I cant comment on works. The garage have lost my service book which had my full service history. When I phoned them they told me to look in my car as CCTV showed someone putting the service book back in the car which cannot be true as I still don't have a service book! They offered to look in my car for me if I brought it down to them to which I said no as my car barely has any items in it and would be obvious if it had been returned with the car. Safe to say... a month later I still don't have it. All in all, I won't be back due to the negligence in looking after my belongings and the fact they have clearly lied about it being returned in the first place.

I had use this company continuous for over 4 years from the service stop. Good point is free pickup and drop off, and finance if can not pay in one go. Down side is last few years I have been over charging and some work not done and change for me. Some wrong works aswell. Plus not return my car on times ! Last time I spend over £800 for my car service and MOT for 8 years old car( bill also included Chang new windows wiper then did not ask me and I had charged it before I go for service also after 2 months later wiper rubber come out so does they really change my wiper or just changer for it?)I don’t check when my car comes back because I put trust first . Also my car come back next day not same day(no one contact me will be delayed for return my car. When I get my car back, They did not give me any explanation why ? )A year before also nearly £700 for the mot and service. No advice to go here and use services stop Both.
