Have been to this garage a number of times and had always been pleased, however on this occasion, following a routine service, a problem arose with my car immediately on collection. I informed the garage and was told to drive on the motorway and after so many miles the issue would resolve. The problem persisted despite this, and the garage said that they didn't have the equipment to deal with the fault, but recommended another local garage who could, and that if it was found to be anything to do with the original service they would reimburse the cost. I visited the recommended garage who fixed the problem immediately and confirmed it was a direct result of the original service. Prestige then refused to reimburse the cost, and became rude and unprofessional.
Very reliable trustworthy and honest the management are really helpful would recommend everyone to go there for any car problems they know what they are doing professionals
Got my service done a year ago and 2 days later I had no coolant left and my engine over heated on the motorway. Had to pay again to get the issue resolved but gave them the benefit of the doubt and got my service done again recently and literally the next day my car was smoking and engine temperature light and service light have been coming on since. Over priced and just scam artists, better and probably cheaper to go Halfords.

My family have had our 3 cars serviced repaired and annual mots carried out at Prestige for more years than I care to remember. I always receive a warm greeting an accurate estimate of repair costs and an accurate completion time. Prices are very very competitive, premises and staff always clean and smart. Give Prestige a try - you will not be disappointed.
Just had my Peugeot serviced. Owner did a good job and charged me less than the original quote because there were parts he did not need to replace.
Will definitely return in the future.
