Beautiful sandwiches, great bacon. Highly reccomend if you want good quality food, a little expensive to go often everyday though.
After our usual butcher closed down, we decided to give Prested Butchers a go. Could not have been happier with the quality and value of the meat. The turkey crown and pork loin were absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly staff too. Thanks very much.

Crab sticks are from frozen or are a cheap brand so literally feels like you are chewing on rubber. There is no flavour either. Just caked in mayo. No salt, pepper, paprika, chive. Nothing. So for the price. Expensive for a job you could do 2mins at home.
The desserts are questionable too. One of the worst egg custards I’ve ever bought. I love an egg custard. Any bakery I go to i buy one and this has no flavour at all. The pastry was hard to enough to chip a tooth.
Won’t be going again. Why doesn’t no one in the north east have taste buds? So many good ratings for very basic food

Well someone in the North has finally cracked the recipe for Lorne Sausage, known fondly as Square Sausage. These are some of the best tasting Lorne Sausage I have had anywhere, including my fav's from up North. Perfect mixture of meat, fat and rusk with gentle spices cooks perfectly with a nice outer texture and delicious filling taste. Best Lorne Sausage, Square Sausage well done Mark.
