Found this by accident, and it was a lovely act of serendipity. A novel concept of being the first 'Desi' style cafe I've been to. Very clean and modern with an inviting and friendly staff. Good food, well made. Will come back and try the other menu items. NOTE it's quite easy to miss this place but it's by The Rose and Crown
Lovely place to stop by, grab a bite and respite. Beautiful interior, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful coffee and delicious food (I had the shakshuka and my mum LOVED her avocado toast). Would definitely recommend ????
Came here for the first time today for breakfast and it was lovely, we had shashuka and it was great.
Food was great quality, well presented and just the right size portions.

I had a fantastic experience at Portway House Cafe! The interior was charming and had a unique touch that I really liked. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel really welcome.
The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the egg Benedict, and it tasted just like homemade comfort food. Their coffee, especially the latte I had, was hands down the best I've ever had.
I couldn't resist trying their tiramisu cheesecake, and it was a real treat. Even the toilets were impressively clean and had a pleasant fragrance.
Although finding the cafe was a bit tricky, their flag signs made it easier for me to know when to stop.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I want to extend my best wishes to the owners – they've created something special at Portway House Cafe!
We visited the first time today. We ordered a breakfast menu, was really tasty. The smoothies was absolutely delicious.
Atmospheres so cool, time traveling, my favourite place is front of the fire place.
I cant wait to go back and try the dinner over there.
Stuff are so lovely, friendly.
Nice, tasty and smells amazing the toilet, well maintained.
Only one little thing if u can put some baby changing place to the toilet that would be amazing.
