First visit and everyone we met in the practice were extremely friendly and helpful indeed, from reception to dentist and nurse. Was a bit worried as new to me but no need, as the dentist and dental nurse were so lovely and supportive. Parking just around the corner. All lovely and clean inside and no waiting around. Thank you Poole Dental Practice.
As a VERY nervous patient I was overwhelmed with the kindness and patience of the staff at this surgery! All I can say is thankyou, you have put me at ease awaiting my next visit, here is the new path to not dreading the dentist

A terrible experience with one of the dentists at this practice, very rude and unwelcoming. Waited for appointment for an hour, and then to be seen by someone who is not interested neither make me comfortable (I suffer from very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists), neither interested in my problem with my swallen cheek and painful tooth, when clearly send by GP it was matter of fixing tooth issue, the lady dentist just said nothing comes up on x-ray and I will see you in one year time see ya later. Are you serious?
5 min later I'm walking out of dental practise exactly with the same issue as walked in, that was very helpful , shocked at least,
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Appointment was rescheduled from October to November, then cancelled, I was told someone would call to rebook, but heard nothing. I have tried calling but no one answers just a voicemail, left messages, no response. Now have a broken tooth and called again, let yet another message and no response! Absolutely awful.

After nearly 4 years of having no dentist I was super chuffed to get in on this practice books!
Had an appointment booked in about 4 weeks time (today). Nice clean premises and friendly staff.
Gave me both NHS and private prices for what I needed done / doing.
Recommended by me. Thanks
Only two stars will give a more in-depth review when someone finally gets back to me about an appointment they cancelled in July that I had already paid for the treatment and was told someone would get back to me within two weeks to reschedule it is now November and I'm still chasing them up
