Absolutely amazing, I cannot thank the new MOT mechanic enough for all his help and flexibility today.
He literally went out of his way to help me today to get my car up to scratch.
He always goes out of his way to be extra helpful and is happy to give advice.
You never feel rushed, it's a professional service from Start to finish.
He came back to work after closing time and going to his appointment to get the job done. Not many techs who are that dedicated to excellent customer service.

Been going here for last 3 years for Mot's. Friendly service. The best thing is when you give the garage your number they ring you back unlike most other garages you have to ring them.
Had my MOT done beginning of December, quickest MOT I've ever had! All sorted within an hour despite having failed on something small first time. David was fab and took the time to explain the advisories to me fully. Price was really good too.
Friendly staff (especially David) , quick and easy communication , a great price & even managed to fit me in last minute for my MOT - I would highly recommend this garage.

Been for my MOT and a few other bits multiple times over the the past couple of years after my old garage closed down. They are always happy to help with anything and advise on potential problems and where is best to get them fixed if they don’t offer that service. I’ll still be coming here when I move away from Ponty!
