VERY well provisioned, be it for cooking, baking, barbecuing, cleaning or fuel.
Very impressed by the hamper, fresh produce, doggy gift bag and freshly baked bread.
Think my wife summed the cottage up perfectly when she said "I could live here"
Complimentary use of the dog paddock for half an hour each day was a great bonus too.
Only had contact with Martin prior to and during our stay but I have to say he is a pleasure to speak to and cannot do enough for you.
Would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend ????
Abruptly woken up daily, sometimes as early as 7.15am by a digger, other plant, site radio and site worker ‘banter’. This goes on throughout the day too. Usually this can’t be helped but when you see the owner of the cottage you rented for the week playing on his forklift directly outside you’d think he’d have more control over the times he allows building work to commence.
Yes the cottage is nice and decently appointed, that unfortunately accounts for nothing when you’re jarred awake by some loud mouth on a digger.
Simply wow!! This is a beautifully renovated cottage that has every amenity that you could think of. A proper home from home. The attention to detail and lovely welcome pack really sets this place above any other cottage we have stayed at. If you are looking to stay in the area then I highly recommend this place!!
This is the most amazing cottage , everything has been thought about from towels, bathrobes, to food hampers on arrival fresh bread in the breadmaker.The cottage itself is immaculate ,designer interior ,touches of sheer luxury .The couple who own the property are lovely and go out of their way to make your stay happy .I can not praise this accommodation enough ,we will be back hopefully on a regular basis .
