The chips and (battered) sausages are always good but if you're ordering anything with chicken it's often very poor quality. Although the service is always good and (as long as you don't order anything with chicken), the food is up to the standard of a local fish and chip place
Gravy like water overall bland food but not terrible if your looking to fill your stomach with some stodge go here but if it's a tasty chippy maybe visit their competition down the road
I can honestly say everytime I go here people are queuing out of the door. Food is great, we usually have the fish and chips. It's freshly made, huge portions.
We had a delivery on 14th February 2023 for 6 people. It was a large order. Sadly it was stone cold when it arrived. We raised it with the manger who was dismissive and offered no apology or recompense. We have used this fish and chip shop for many years but no more.
Excellent. My son and I had Sea Bass and chips which was superb. The chips were perfect and the sea bass battered and cooked to perfection. There are even three choices of curry sauce flavour.
Great food at a great price and friendly service the shop was spotless. Get your chips here then head to the front for chips and seaside fun.
Best fish and chips in Penarth. Certainly 100% better than the Posh chip shop around the corner. Queues are usually long here but that's because everyone loves it. Portion sizes are brilliant, fish is mostly cooked fresh especially when busy. Prices are very competitive and service is quick. I certainly recommend this place!

You may find a bit of a cue here but that goes to show the quality of their food which keeps people coming back and its always fresh.
