We ordered some food here, one Thai and one Chinese dish. Was not authentic at all and didn’t enjoy it, the Chinese dish tasted like it was from a jar. Staff in the takeaway were friendly and helpful however. The food unfortunately was a big let down

Last night I ordered food for seven people and fully expected to wait for about an hour, as the app suggested, which would have been more than fine. The food turned up in record time, about 15 minutes, and not a single item was missing. The delivery man was also a delight!

The food was somehow more delicious than usual and our friends from out of town all absolutely loved their dinner. Special mention to the chilli salt and pepper chips, which were a big hit with everyone!

My favourite takeaway, no contest. Everything always tastes great. We always collect so cannot comment on the delivery service. If I had any complaints, it would be that sometimes the "large" version of a meal is only bigger because of more sauce, not necessarily more food. But the flavour is always perfect.

Thank lord this place reopened!!! The food in the past has been hit and miss,. It started as fab and gradually declined in quality until the shop closed. Now it has opened again, the food has always seemed freshly cooked and tasty. Phoning is easy, options are good and it is always heaving with people. As this is not the only takeaway in Norwich, I'd say this is a good sign!!

Only place I've ever wanted to go to again

Having had a not so great experience from here a few years ago I came back recently to discover they have made some excellent changes. The wait for the order is worth it (order in advance if you can) as everything tastes as though it's made with fresh ingredients, fresh herbs used and so delicious. Best take away Chinese I've had.

I use Planet Wok ‘a lot’. It’s completely out of my way but the food tastes absolutely delicious and personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else again having used more than 1 local restaurant. The only negative, as mentioned elsewhere, when they are VERY busy they simply cannot cope. The last time I was there I ordered at 7:15 and typically it would be ready 7:30............9pm and I walk out of the door! BUT It was fresh and tasted delicious however did leave a sour taste (if you get me). No compensation offered but a sincere apology. 1/50 experience is definitely still worth 5 stars though!

What happened to that authentic yummy flavoured food from PW Eaton? I'm really sad to be saying that I probably won't be useing PW Eaton again. Tonight I have been served a large bland special fried rice with barely any meat in it at all. I am very forgiving of these things but after phoning up and explaining this, I was told i will only get a medium portion of meat in a large special fried rice? I genuinely thought the joke was on air... But it gets worse.. After explaining I was a regular and I have been massively impressed with their high standards over the years I was told that the manager explained that the portion of meat with in my rice was fine. (so basicly suggesting I'm a lier) the conclusion a 10% discount off my next order instead of a refund. Not impressed.
