My favourite doughnut place in the county! The ones in the photo are the Jammy d, salted caramel brownie and just a wispa. This was the £9 pound trio box and well worth it. Cracking doughnuts, brilliant service and nice atmosphere! Would be silly to sleep on these.
What a treat! Giant, spongey, really pretty donuts. Not usually big on donuts, they have to really deliver on flavour to entice me and I couldn't resist trying the Lemon Meringue and the Mango Cheesecake ones. So delicious and flavourful, absolutely worth the money if you fancy something sweet and tasty. Inside seating is quite nice and cosy as well, the staff were friendly.
This is based on my recent trip to Shrewsbury.
First of all, I feel bad for not remembering the girls names who served me in the shop today (16.09.2021) ????????♂️. Their level of professionalism, customer care and general enthusiasm for the job they do made it an absolute pleasure visiting here.
My plan was pretty straight forward, to purchase one of every flavour doughnut (20) in total. As I was to spend a full day in Shrewsbury, I didn’t want to carry them around with me all day, so I left them in store to collect later that day.
It’s a lovely shop, quite small inside, a few tables and chairs to sit and enjoy a hot or cold drink and a great selection of doughnuts to choose from, including a Vegan range.
Highly recommend you to stop off on your next trip to Shrewsbury and call in, you won’t be disappointed, by the quality and taste of the doughnuts to the level of customer service from the girls, well done ????????????????
Unreal donuts, went on a little day trip to Shrewsbury and had to stop here. Didn't sit in but the interior was cute. Fabulous donuts made properly. Worth the calories.
Beautiful! Aesthetic AND tasty! Full variety of doughnuts, accommodated to but allergy. Came in fun and funky packaging not to mention the staff were absolutely lovely. Just a stones throw away from Shrewsbury town, up the cobbles and into this little gem!
Doughnut and a cup of tea was £5.00, there was an average selection of doughnuts available, and no white sugar which prevented this from being 5 stars, the seating area was clean and fun.
Very tasty and fresh doughnuts! The coffee is also very nice. Staff friendly. Really liked how the shop is set up and all the marketing produce. The doughnuts, as I said, are very tasty, but the flavour combinations and range could do with some more imagination and variety in flavour combinations.
Sorry, I cannot respond, just edit my original review. 60 flavours sounds amazing, so I should definitely come again and try some more! I would recommend some salt and the use of crunchy peanut butter for the peanut butter and jelly one as the icing was a bit sweet and not very strong peanut flavour. I suppose the possibilities are endless, so perhaps you could a trial doughnut and ask for feedback on it and then decide whether to introduce it permanently or not? Score cards could also help you refine or find other flavour combinations. Some flavour combination
suggestions: maple syrup/pecan nuts, coconut/lime, black cherries/chocolate, orange curd/chocolate, anise, salted dark chocolate, spicy dark chocolate, brown butter vanilla icing. Keep up the good work and good luck!
Took the kids here for a treat and it was fab. The doughnuts went down a storm. The coffee is great too. Lovely , friendly staff and it’s dog friendly
