My tail light was out. Thought it was an easy fix. 3 big brand places stated they couldn’t fix it because it needed an LED strip and they recommended going to a specialist garage. Specialist garage wouldn’t even look at the car without running a £145 diagnostic on it.
Pat changed the bulb in 10 min and wasn’t going to charge for it. I’ll never go anywhere else.
