MoT today, excellent friendly people who really know their stuff about cars. I have been going there for many years and always had good reliable vehicle repairs/maintenance at best prices.
PL Autos are trustworthy, helpful & professional. Unlike main dealers, they’re fair in their assessments & so is their pricing. They’ve never tried to convince me to have any work done that wasn’t strictly necessary. I’d never go anywhere else. They’re also lovely chaps!
My car had a fuel leak. My Car recovered by the AA to this garage very late in the day, just before they closed. I had a call before 9am the next day to tell me my car was ready to be collected. They'd worked late to fix my car. Absolute hero's. What an awesome service. 1000% recommended.

Went here initially based on reviews of fairness and trustworthiness and I couldn't agree more. They squeezed me in on short notice on a busy Sat morning in October to have a few checks done before I drove to Ireland. I then had my MOT and a full service carried out here a few weeks ago. They are friendly, honest, efficient and will go out of their way to do what is best for the customer. Highly recommend!
If you believe that all garages especially main dealers exist to rip you off you are probably not alone. Take heart because PL Autos are a decent, honest straightforward repair and MOT business that obviously believe in proper customer service. After many years of dealing with them, I am still impressed by the level of care and interest they show in maintaining customers' vehicles.
Been taking my cars here for over 30 years. They do MOTs - and they are very fair, not trying to make money by failing things just so they can do the repairs. When I have needed work done on the car, the price has been good and the quality of work has been high. It's a busy garage but there is a reason for this - they have built up a solid business and reputation.
Took my car here for an MOT, would definitely recommend them. Really nice friendly people.
