This guys are scammers, stay away from this garage. They agree for a price and after they tell you different stories to scam you and they tell you that is your fault that you didn’t explain properly what service do you need from them, call you a liar and they don’t take any responsibility about the agreement! They take advantage from people that they think they know nothing about the cars!
I am absolutely appalled by the appalling service I received from PITSTOP Luton. Their blatant attempts to overcharge and take advantage of customers are utterly unacceptable. They shamelessly inflate prices, making it seem like daylight robbery. It's outrageous and infuriating how they try to pry every penny from unsuspecting customers. This kind of deceitful behavior is disgraceful, and I urge others to beware before falling victim to their unscrupulous tactics
Fitted my car in quickly, despite never having used them before, as it had broken down. After a diagnostic, they provided a quote. Upon arranging collection, we were told we had to pay cash and the price also was £40 higher than quoted. I chose them based on reviews, which described them as professional and value for money. I am not sure I agree with either.
