Ived used pit stop for 4 years now and had no issues at all, just had my van Mot'd had good advice with regards to repairs, fair prices. Good set of lads. I will definitely continue to use this garage for all services and repairs ????
I have used Pitstop for many years now with various cars. I have always found them to be friendly and helpful and have done a good job for me.
The price of any job they have done is always a fraction of what a main dealer would charge.
My GF booked an MOT with Pit Stop in congleton today.
She was a couple of minutes late and they cancelled her appointment. A little harsh baring in mind that she is a mother of 4 children, some of which have additional needs and she was waiting for child care, but I can accept their decision. What I cannot accept is the way they swore at her before hanging up on her. I phoned them to ask who spoke to her and they refused to give a name. They said she needs to sort her life out, swore at me, said they don't care about bad reviews as they have been working for 26 years. I find this hard to believe as they wouldn't have called her regarding a FB post if they didn't care. It was a 6 minute call of abuse. I've never spoken to anyone more unprofessional. I advise everyone not to deal with this company in the future. What kind of company speak to potential customers like that. What kind of man speaks to a woman like that.
