I bought two large steak pasties today.This was my first visit despite living local. Pastry ten out of ten, filling 9.8. A little less salt and it would have been a solid 10. The best pasty we've ever had.Well done to everyone concerned, we'll be back.
Fantastic! Really is the best pasty this side of Cornwall. Crunchy and crispy pastry, always properly cooked. Good quantity of steak and well seasoned. Thanks Pip!
Heard so many good comments about pips, gutted I paid £5.20 for a burnt rock hard pasty. Honestly looked like the day befores over reheated. Such a shame.
Apart from that the café looked busy and the service was friendly
Fantastic breakfast at pips,everything was piping hot and fresh cooked,lovely and friendly staff. For of the best pasties to go too.
Great pasties and pastries for a reasonable price. The pasties are excellent but can be very peppery in some areas, which can come as a shock! Brownies are lovely and are very well made, with a nice spin!
