Höchste Qualität über viele Jahre, ehrliche Preise und äusserst freundliches Personal. Regionale Weine und waadtländer Spezialitäten sowie wechselnde Tagesgerichte. Unbedingt empfehlenswert : Steak sur ardoise, ein Muss !
Sehr feine Fondue und Ambiente ganz ok.
Waren ziemlich viele am Tisch und haben für viel Geld konsumiert. Sie haben weder den Kaffee noch sonst etwas offeriert. Darum nicht 5 Sterne sondern nur 4. Dementsprechend Erstes und letztes Mal hier.

Mi hanno suggerito di venire qui per una fondue tradizionale e per una esperienza più genuina di un locale storico di Lausanne. Comodissimo da raggiungere ma la prenotazione è praticamente obbligatoria visto che è un posto famoso, in centro e con pochi posti a sedere. Le ragazze sono state pazienti con mia mamma e con me. Bella esperienza!
One of the historical cafe of Lausanne with old fashioned but well maintained interior. It was interesting to climb to the second floor on the very narrow stairs :)
We had the menu fondue tradition for 2, it's a complete set with dried meat platter and fondue moitié moitié with bread. The portion was not too big but it was enough when closed with the dessert included in the menu (meringues with double crème). It's a nice restaurant to eat typical Swiss food (they also have a nice papet Vaudois).
Un endroit super ! Le personnel est agréable et avenant avec les clients. La nourriture est délicieuse ! Nous avons adoré le rösti et sa garniture ainsi que la fondue vin rouge et épices.
