This is my first time visiting Pinocchio's and I heard great things about their pizza and I gotta say the hype was real!.
I've not had a good pizza in a long time and this was very nice and tasted fresh too. I think the chips were not great and sauces seemed very watery and lacking flavour, but overall the pizza's were great and will return for more in future.

Ordered a chicken tikka pizza and the smell from the pizza was horrific! It smelt of blood, they claim to be halal but this is untrue. The smell was so strong. Would not recommend as a halal takeaway. Please sell Muslim customers halal meat or don’t claim that you are a halal takeaway.
Normally this is the place to go for pizza me and my family love this place but don’t think. We’re ordering from here often any more because can’t get through on the phone been trying a hour to get through its ether the phone is beeping or ringing but no answer 90 times we tried we had to order somewhere else because our children can’t wait that long for food they need to get other ways to order their food like go on just eat or Uber eats if call later in night not so bad but no point near opening times to order because we wait to 5 for the lines to open and still no answer with a hour of calling

I ordered two pieces of chicken and chips and asked if I could have each portion separate and not shoved in one box as me and my friend were going back to our own houses. They didn't understand something so simple I repeated it 5 times. I am a graduate and haven't found something so complicating in my whole three years of university.
Anyways, I just gave up and said just do it how you do it, and I gave them the money. The young guy almost bold got my food and says "you paid yeah?"... I didn't know that's how you speak to your customers, my family have a business of our own and we do not speak to our customers like they're dogs, we meet their needs and requirements. Rather ask me if I paid, he should have asked his colleague who took the the money off me as asking me is so unprofessional.
The food is usually nice but that day he gave me burn chicken turned brown with no taste. Oil was dripping out the box and the chips wasn't cooked.
Next day I was sick with food poisoning. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They speak to you like your an animal.
Ordered food from hear last week the food never even turned up - my BF loves the food and blagged me to order from hear again today the order came completely wrong after waiting a hour we told the delivery driver he said he delivered the wrong food to the wrong house, he said he will get the food back from the other house, we said we don't want food thats been in someone else's house. He said we will need to order it again and wheel spun off like it was our fault NO SORRY. Contacted Pinocioes they guy never said sorry spoke over me never offed anything off a new order VERY RUDE!!!! Will never EVER give Pinocioes my custom or my money again……..you can shuv ya pizzas where the sun doesn’t shine
I now live in London but always pick pizzas for my family. Apna style is the best pizza u can ever have from this place. The best pizza in UK.
