- Call in advance and pre-order - they are clear and punctual.
- Usually busy, but you can park in the pub car park or the on street outside
- The chips are really nice.
- Honey chilli crispy beef is sweet but not spicy
- Singapore noodles are tasty but again not spicy
It’s fine for the price. Not deserving of a lot of the very critical reviews in my opinion. Maybe it could do with a spruce up but I guess it’s got personality.
DO NOT EAT HERE. My boyfriend had fried chicken balls from here last night (19/03/24) and has since been severely throwing up every hour since. He is very seriously ill after eating here. He ate nothing else all day, and was feeling perfectly fine before he ate. The chicken was white and looked cooked through - so suggests filthy sanitary and food hygiene standards. Stay away for your own health.
Not the best looking place but the food was the important factor.
Always had good meals from here over the years but the past two times it has been poor.
All meals were very salty and ended up with majority in the bin.
The place is Dirty. I was staying in the area for work. I ordered a special curry. It was absolutely vial. The meat was slimming.and tasted like the meat was off I had one mouth full and put it in the bin. Go at your own risk
This place is a place I've used for over 15 years. Delivery or collection you just will not get better than this, it's the best I've had anywhere and I would not dream of using another unless Ping on is closed. Very well cooked and healthy oils with great chef's. This place is a credit to the community and for some a vital means of eating conveniently. Lovely staff who are always really friendly. China rules and I'm loving your food.
Very nice and would highly recommend the munchies box of you like the salt and pepper chip and chicken
Excellent food at good prices. Very Northern Chinese Old Fashioned Food in Geordie Portions. Open kitchen you can see what’s cooking, where, by whom.
Nice meals, but chips are the best of any takeaway
