Excellent Landrover specialists. I'd been looking for a local expert to work on my Defender and found these guys, so glad I did, feel completely relaxed having them look after my vehicle now.
We had a really annoying intermittent fault with our Land Rover Discovery Sport; The remote locking fobs sometimes would not open the car, and even if they did, the keys would not necessarily map to the engine management system. Other symptoms included various different door handles not registering to lock or unlock the car, and the key fobs not disarming the alarm. However, on all occasions, the fault(s) would rectify themselves after a short period of time anything from 30 minutes to a couple of hours! Bonkers.
Despite being deluged with a backlog of work, Richard kindly offered to run diagnostics to see if the problem could be easily identified. Alas it could not, but with the vehicle so unreliable and his professional interest piqued, Richard undertook a series of one day investigations over the next few weeks, returning the vehicle to us each time to see if the problem had been resolved or if the problem would manifest again.
On the 3rd visit Richard and his team identified a rogue Remote Access Module that was producing this weird intermittent fault and replaced it. Problem solved!!
Needless to say, we are delighted with the service we received, and the extensive efforts Richard made to investigate and resolve our particular problem – its fair to say that we were very close to returning the car to the main dealer and purchasing an alternative more reliable vehicle.

My Range Rover Sport had gone into limp mode. I took it to Bob Pilbeam’s who diagnosed the fault and repaired it immediately. This is the second time I’ve used the garage with great service provided on both occasions. Great friendly service.
