Staff always helpful and pleasant, a busy pharmacy, shame it isn't open 7 days a week and especially bank holidays where there are a lot of visitors (the only chance some get to shop?). The new gov services that are supposed to relieve Dr's and A & E by offering over the counter services is not working here ...yet?
Very good. Asked a few questions and was given great answers to help grandsons condition.
Very rude counter staff. I went in for a support bandage and unfortunately picked a large size. I have very small wrists. I returned within one minute and explained what I'd done, the lady on the counter dismissed me and said once it's left the shop that's it, no exchange. She had a very bad manner and was cold. As a customer you'd think they'd have a bit of empathy and decent manners.....very unpleasant, avoid and take your hard earned cash elsewhere!
When asking an assistant if she could recommend something for a gastric problem, she referred me to the pharmacist . Not only was he helpful, but he went the extra mile in explaining the problem and gave helpful advice and recommendations.
It makes a change to have someone give you their time so willingly.
It seems strange to be rating a Pharmacy but, I felt the need. The service and advice I received was excellent. In fact, I learnt things I didn't know before.

Very poor service I called in whilst on holiday my son was poorly I asked to speak to the pharmacy young man serving when to speak to her the reply was she was too busy not sure doing what as she was sat on a chair behind him in the back room so not happy at all with their service
Absolutely brilliant service! Prescription was ready to go on collection, was in and out within a minute!
