Whilst waiting for my order I was told very aggressively to leave the car park as it was not for dockyard staff. I spent 5 minutes getting the whole order ready annd reading through their menu and then I would make my way in.
He then shuts the gate behind me not allowing any other customer park.
This interaction was my 4th time at Phoenix Inn and I will certainly not be returning as it’s always been a last resort.
Reply: am I now allowed to browse your menu and decide on what I would like to order? Noted, and not welcome. I’ll spread the word. Thank you for being clear.

You won't find it on Just Eat or any equivalent.

Had takeaway a few times from here always have the same dishes (which are always exceptional),but last night decided to have a different dish .... special curry fried rice ..amazing ,the delivery drivers are always very polite too ,big thumbs up
