Best KPortal Reviews

Brilliant service. Got a private prescription quite late for my daughter and managed to get to the pharmacy just after 10pm. Staff were really helpful and patient (as I have not used the private prescription facility before). Also gave my daughter a free lollipop to cheer her up being out so late and very tired. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you for everything.
I really appreciate your support and reassuring care you provide for us all.
This pharmacy exemplifies the hard work, kindness and understanding that is prevalent in the NHS. Both pharmacist and staff are excellent and put the customer first. Thank you.
In spite of the many negative reviews that I have read, I really value the service that this pharmacy provides and which I have recently received.
It has extended opening hours 7 days a week, even on Sundays, and it is very well stocked.
It is often busy because it is attached to a walk-in medical centre, so you may have to wait a while for your item to be dispensed. Also, at busy times the car park can be quite full.
However, I must praise the fact that this pharmacy will most likely be open at times when your local pharmacy is closed.
Additionally, I was recently impressed when all other local pharmacies were out of stock if a specific item that I urgently needed on prescription, and this pharmacy was the only one that had it in stock!
Thank you, well done, and keep up the good work!
Probably the worst Pharmacy I have ever been into. Not only do the staff have no care in the world for the sick patients that are in front of them, they parade around on their mobile phones and stand around having idle chit chat. On top of this they have no understanding of confidentiality, openly and loudly discussing patient requirements, medication and funding for medication. NHS leadership need to do a massive overall on this branch. I'd suggest going in incognito initially so they can see where the issues lay. This will no longer be my nominated pharmacy outlet. If you are strong enough for a 5-10min walk I'd suggest walking down to the Dudley road.
I previously stopped going to this pharmacy due to bad service, but had to go because they were the only pharmacy with my medicine in stock.
Absolutely atrocious service, 15 mins intitally wait for medication which is acceptable. Then a further 20 mins due to the pharmacist having personal conversation with members of the public (presumably friends), who went in without uniform or business attire, wearing hoodies and coats for those curious. Made a very specific request on how her medication should come and be divided and how the rest can be given to the next person. The pharmacist prioritised that over my medication. To top it off the pharmacist constantly touched his hair and face as he was getting hot and botherd by the waiting list he was working and handled my capsules with his bare hands.
When I challenged his practices, he made some irrelevant excuses rather than an apology. My elderly family member visiting the country was shocked at the lack of professionalism in this place. Honestly felt like was looking into a social club. I was curt with the pharmacist in the end having given my details several times was wasn't going to mitigate for his inattentiveness further.
Avoid if possible!
After ordering repeat meds a week ➕️ before picking up I still have to wait upto an hour an half fir them my anxiety is horrific when I go there the staff haven't got no care for their customers if all reviews have been so appalling why haven't somebody stepped in to sort customers complaints out
Despite the negative reviews left on this page, I experienced a top quality service today. I had been referred by 111, who suggested I speak to the pharmacist gor advice. He examined me promptly, and suggested I would better be seen by a doctor next door at the Phoenix centre. However, the part diagnosis the pharmacist suggested was spot on. He was thorough, compassionate, and very professional. (Visit 1100hrs on a Sunday)
Thank you for your kindness.
May be some long waiting times when going to the walk in centre. It does get busy but, they are helpful and the staff are attentive and will help if they can. Plenty of parking to the side of the phoenix and also around the corner because again, it does get busy
