This is a remarkable pharmacy in Clapham - predominantly because of an exceptional pharmacist named Paris. I think in the Clapham area, this pharmacy stands out. It consistently maintains a comprehensive inventory of medicines, toiletries, feminine care products, and various essentials - even things like electric toothbrushes! Great pharmacy - very modern, professional and smartly set up.
Brilliant pharmacy and the pharmacist Paris goes absolutely above and beyond. The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with and this is now my permanent pharmacy despite there being some that are closer to where I live. There have been occasions when my medicine is running low across London and really difficult to get hold of. Paris will call round and do whatever he can to make sure I get my medicine. I cannot recommend here more!
I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now and have always received outstanding service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Paris in particular does a phenomenal job and makes sure my prescriptions are always ready on time.
Exceptional service at Phillips Pharmacy! The pharmacist went above and beyond to secure my medication during a supply shortage. None of the other 10 Clapham and Balham pharmacies I had visited could help here. Not only did they understand my needs and help problem solve my medication issue, but they also provided valuable advice for future situations, and took the initiative to keep me informed about the rest of my prescription. Truly impressed with their dedication and customer care particularly around Christmas where often prescriptions can be at the mercy of the postal service.
A brilliant Pharmacy who have always gone above and beyond wherever possible. The pharmacist and staff are always friendly and so helpful. I have pharmacies closer to me but I would always choose to go a little further to Phillip’s as I know it will always be reliable. Highly recommend!
Always friendly staff and easy to chat to. Can be a little slow at dispensing prescriptions but that's the same as most pharmacists. I find the owner very entertaining, and the other guy who does vaccines is also super chill.
Had the best experience today, interacting with at least four friendly and kind members of staff. I had to go back to the surgery to push through a prescription ; when I returned they were prompt and polite and dispensed quickly . I also had the opportunity to get a Covid and flu vaccine done and I have no bruising and no side effects. I can thoroughly recommend this pharmacy
