If I could give 0 star then I would.
Martin has the worst attitude problem I have ever known and needs to learn what respect is.
He evidently has a chip on his shoulder to which he thinks he can speak to anyone and everyone however he likes.
Here’s a tip Martin, have a few lessons in decorum.

They could not sort me out, I needed diagnostics on an Iveco. and they are notorious for not playing nice with computers....they pointed me in the right direction and did not charge for the time spent on trying to get the software to work. Friendly and most definitely old-school, with no website, and social media presences...a family business that has been going for 40+ years and is going strong. I would happily return.
