This pharmacy always has excellent service, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The pharmacist here is fantastic, very attentive and helpful in regards to my prescriptions. I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough for their service.
They always seem to be out of stock with prescription medication and fail to inform you so when you are due to run out and go to collect you find out last minute. When i explained that I would make a complaint, she seemed surprised and said, "Why do you want to complain?" Is she really this dumb? Peoples health is at stake, and in some cases, peoples lives, all because they don't bother to let you know that they have no stock. Keep in mind that I ordered my prescription a week in advance because of this same thing and went to collect it a week after to give them time to get it in. I will be switching to britannia pharmacy on green lane from now on.
Staff need serious training. I was asked uncomfortable, personal questions by an older petit Indian lady at the counter. There were two other people behind me, and she asked them loud enough to be heard by a third person. Where’s patient dignity? Why weren’t the questions asked in private? And why weren’t they asked by a trained pharmacist? This is my closest pharmacy, but due to this shocking experience; I have our medication sent elsewhere. I get sick to my core, every time I think about it.
Excellent service..great pharmacy always here to help me with any situation they really go out there way and removed my stresses and my families.
I have been going to this chemist for many years but recently there seems to have been a change in management and the service thwy now provide is really really poor. The pharmacists dont have a clue as to what they are doing and their customer service skills are non existent. The staff really need to be trained properly....how they got their pharmacy degrees...i do not know!!! Such shoddy service!!!

My partner who has alzheimers gets his medication from here, or did! I requested that all his three medications are different colours to help him differentiate between them and as pharmacists I assume they would understand that. But no he just collected them and all tablets are white, similar shapes just different sizes which doesn't help as his pain killers are also white! I rang to explain and the person laughed saying that's all they could get!!!! No empathy or understanding at all..... At the pharmacists request I am updating this review as I have now resolved this situation by requesting a dosset box be issued. So problem solved.
The staff working here are so nice, I had lost my phone and they were nice enough to keep hold of it and return it to me. Thank you to all the staff
