I found them very caring when my daughter had her beloved dog put to sleep, they never rushed us out even at the end

Absolutely appalled my cats 1st appointment on Friday 1st March and she is 5 weeks pregnant and the vet 1st words were why don't u let me kill them Nd spay her there to many unwanted kittens out there I explained that the kittens were not UNWANTED and she was obsessed with killing them clear to say my cat is not going back to that surgery

Absolutely amazing vets .. as a breeder they have been nothing but helpful polite and extremely professional.. they always have the best interests of my dogs at heart and I will always use them !! Its not about the money like it is with every other vet i have used its about the service and the professionalism.. their pricing is very competitive and not over the top .. Well done pet medic for being so professional

Not a nice welcome.

I booked in to see the vet with my dog Bronson. Moving from spain after a 4 day drive and moving into a new house our dog needed his next injection that was due. Called and booked an appointment for the next morning. Lady said we would need his medical history. I was unable to get this for the next morning but I was told it was compulsory by the lady on the phone. So I called to cancel, with no anwser I emailed to cancel but yes I emailed the wrong email address (totally my fault) but I utterly apologize for this, I know vets are super busy. I was told ‘sorry but the boss said you’re not welcome and you will need to find a new vets due to missing the appointment’ …. not welcome! The words shocked me. I wouldn’t normally review but it way my first international on my first day living in Adwick le street and it was cold and ‘unwelcoming’ response. I would have even paid for the appointment, but was told I need to take him else where without any offer of rectifying the situation. The vets is also on our street and I don’t drive, so meaning trying to taxi with our big dog to the next place when the medic was on our door step. Not the best first impression and pretty gutted for my dog, hope the people of Aden k are not all like this ????

Excellent vet centre, Adwick le street, staff very friendly and welcoming and always appear to love their jobs, unlike our last vets.

Always happy to give specialist advice in caring for our pets. We get texts to remind us about upcoming visits, like worming, and injections etc..

Happy to give free advice over phone if we have concerns at home.

Cannot recommend enough.

Poorly handled due to circumstances, recently purchased a little puppy boy and he is overdue his vaccinations as the owners didn't get them done. PETmedic have refused to see him for vaccines due to 'other clients' as the lady stated on the phone.. fully aware with the busy times at the moment with everything but I have lived in this area for 30 years and so have my family before me too. We currently have a baby and no transport and this is the only local vets. I will have to make an inconvenience for someone else or put our new addition milo at risk.. thanks for nothing PETmedic.
