Perry's Vauxhall in Preston have had my van since August last year.Obviously I rang numerous time for updates but they don't know how to return calls.
I was excited that they told my van was ready. I went to collect to only find the cab full of mould. I took that on the chin thinking at least I have my van back. Not even a mile away from the garage and all the engine warning lights came on and there was no turbo. I got back to the garage and I gave and let rip. The manager seemed more concerned with the mould rather than the van dieing on the M6.
They gave me a car to get home in and told me they would be in touch this afternoon. I do not need tell you what did not happen

Excellent service from Russell, kept me updated regularly, I picked my new car up yesterday. He went through everything with me, extremely professional and very friendly. My car is lovely, thank you to Russell at Perry's in Preston. I shall definitely go there again! ????????????

After having purchased my car at Perrys, this was my first car service, as part of the service plan. It has always been my experience that the front-line reception / admin staff that I contact over phone are not friendly (not unfriendly either), they seem to be in a hurry to move my call to the relevant department. If they only spent a few seconds to make the customer feel welcome, it would make a positive difference to the overall experience.
I am still giving this experience 5 stars, as everything that followed on from admin staff moving my call to the relevant department was 100 percent positive. I received email reminders and also by text about my upcoming appointment. The person who dealt with my service journey was Saqib, and I must say, he was amazing. He was like a keyworker for my case - he contacted me a day earlier, allowed me to clarify and discuss my queries. He then called me throughout the service process, contacted me after the service was completed. He then contact me a few days later as well, to ask me if everything was satisfactory, and whether I had any questions. He was professional, friendly, helpful at all times.
The task was completed to perfection and with professionalism by everyone involved.
Takes them exceptionally long time to do anything with little to no communication. Also for some reason the servicing team only work 3 hours on a Saturday because, why would you expect them to do their job properly?
Would just take motor elsewhere.
Called up for a quote on a new timing belt and told someone would get back to me. Never heard from them again so obviously not interested in my business so I'll go elsewhere.
Poor customer service and disappointing communication seem to be a common issue when looking through the reviews.
Staff friendly, as I was disabled pushed car in before 9am. Only issue, it's out on a limb, so if you don't have two cars, or the ability to drive standard courtesy vehicles, your a bit snookered.
When I purchase next vehicle I may use a different dealership, give. What I discovered below.
Also when we got car, at no point did the salesmen advise the car had been in an accident. I found the repair information in the handbook. It did leave a sour taste, but by then the adaptation needed had been done.
I know it's buyer beware, but this was a big omissions in my opinion, given the investment being made.
