My mothers dental problems have only gotten worse since receiving treatment from here.
We were also charged a £40 cancellation fee even after letting the practice know we won’t be able to attend scheduled appointment well in advance.
Receptionist then proceeded to make passive aggressive comments “we could have used this hour productively & made money”. We will now be transferring to Scott Arms Dental Practice :)
I booked an appointment. One was available for the next day which was kind of them. An hour later realised that I have a hospital appointment as was just contacted. Phoned the dentist an hour later. No answer after several attempts. The next day I rang again a few hours before so the slot could be taken by someone else, the chap said he received the voice mail but there will now be a £40 charge on the account.
Sounds a bit like a takeaway response than health care.
Bare in mind that I'm 75 with health issues.

The man at the front desk is as ignorant as they come! Can’t believe such an uneducated, ill mannered man has a job tbf! Ruins the rep of any decent dentist working there ! Not going to use this surgery; though the dentist herself was recommended. Found myself a brilliant dentist in Sutton instead !
Very abusive male receptionist who sounds very feminine. Whilst not being able to understand ‘it’ he proceeded to shout down the phone. I told him calm down and he then ended the call. Once again I feel ‘it’ needs a lesson in respect and needs some training as they are clearly unable to do they’re job correctly. Definitely avoid this place.
Pathetic excuse of a man. This silly receptionist has no respect for anyone. I call to book an appointment. He does not know how to speak. He was trembling on the phone. He was all timid on the phone. I thought I was speaking to a young woman. I politely told him “sorry I cannot hear you madam, could you speak up”. And all of a sudden he decides to shout down the phone that he is a man and then continues to insult me over a genuine mistake. Is it my fault that he sounds feminine? What a insecure little man?
I could not get angry over a petty childish thing. So I let it slide. And as a respectful woman, I proceeded to say “goodbye and have a nice day madam”. Then I hung up the phone.
However, I was still unable to book a dentist appointment. It will be his fault if I get a cavity.
Been going to this dentist for years. Always excellent.
I always go to Perry Park and find the gentleman on reception and dentist so pleasant, careful and professional
I really could not recommend enough.!!
I think a lot of people on here are mistakingly reviewing the GP surgery not the dental surgery ?
Terrible practice. I just had the worst dental experience ever. My 8 years daughter left in tears. My second son was told to wait until his molar start to rot before revceiving treatment!
This place should never be given permission to treat kids.
