This is the best fast food takeaway in Eltham so far. Really nice people who open for few months now serving great food. I ordered large chips and a fish burger which cost me £5. It tasted really delicious like this food was made with pure love and soul. Big up Perfect Chicken for this experience and thanks for such an incredible evening.
The service I got to day by ravi was an absolute disgrace I normally order online but was in the area with my children and friend with her children. Two of the boys age 7 have disabilities and only eat certain food so we brought them a burger from mcds after I Orderd the rest of our food from this shop I used a little bit of there sauce for my son offerd to pay but got shouted at and told to leave and why am I so angry. Hold up a minute do you expect two children with disabilities to sit outside whilst the rest of us eat because I used a bit of sauce. Ravi made one of the boys cry were he was so scared it’s an absolute disgrace I’d understand if they weren’t young children and just hanging around eating food in side the premises. He laughed thought he was funny when I asked for his bosses details who iv spoken to and apologised but ain’t the point the staff especially ravi needs to understand the difference between teenagers adult and young children with special needs using a bit of sauce we were paying customers and I definitely will be going else where from now on. Lost yourself customers thanks to the lack of stupidity of staff.
I ordered 3 wings and chips for £2 after a long day of school.I was eating my chips and i didn’t notice they gave me 2 wings until i was already on the bus.When i was at home my friends verbally abused me i almost started tearing up.I went back the next day to see if i could get an extra wing as compensation but he shouted at me and said i was lying.I felt betrayed as i went there every day after school. I just want them to do better job.I’m not asking for money or free food i just want a sincere apology.

Service is dreadful. Ordered online and was told my order was on its way. 10 mins later the order has been marked as delivered. Tried to call them to ask them what had happened and proceeded to ignore my calls. Avoid at all cost!
Didn’t let me go in with my McDonald’s had me freezing outside waiting for my friend he said I couldn’t have food in there when he’s clearly giving everyone food to eat inside so why do I have to be outside explain that???…..
I've tried almost everything on their menu and I'm not disappointed by anything! Very clean and hygienic, which is very important to me when it comes to takeaway shops. The service is great, the staff is friendly, they prepare the food exactly as I request. Chicken is nice and fresh, chips are better than McDonald's and their chilli sauce is great too! Highly recommended!
Incredible customer service and decent take chicken and chips store. Visited it for the first time yesterday and was impressed.
