I have taken latte from here twice but its expensive and not good. Croissant is not fresh and cakes are not soft. It just looks lovely from outside and tempt customers to buy something from them. Also, I encountered one lady on my bad day whom I havent seen aftewr that from many days, she was so rude. I wish, I'd have noted down her name. When asked, does vegetarian option has eggs or should i go for vegan, she straightaway said she doesn't know and when I wanted to ask another staff, she asked v rudely what does i want and i was like, I wanted to ask her, she v rudely said, she also doesn't know. Then what was she doing in the shop wearing their coustume. IDK about the owner, how come they hire, these racist ppl in London which is open for all. These shops needs to hand over at-least a paper consist of basic rules of servicing before starting.
Lovely staff . It was quite busy while I was there and the staff made sure to take extra care for everyone . The lady who served me was very kind and helped a lot also let me know of a discount that wasn’t displayed. Thank you and the food was great and fresh

Its a simple yes or no answer.
They say yes bcos its on a "hot plate" but the inside is cold. If i ask how long b4 they came out the oven they act like i'm not speaking english. Like i shouldn't ask.
Known them for many years, my aunty like their fresh baked breads, staff seems nice but not that friendly,,, can get very basic sandwiches and pasties
Very bad experience in the morning I bought 1 vegetables pasty and charge with 2 pasty when I ask ladie who served me why I got less change then they give me money back and her manager came over said oh u pay 10£ to buy 1 pasty very very rud she said to other girls working her don't serve ppl who don't have change very very runs ladie never going back again staff to rud I don't know the manger name but today is 29.11.2015 and the time I was served 11.14 I m so piss can't even eat the pasty
Not good for vegetarian or Halal. They use the same tong for everything. Caught them on several occasions. Made complaint but don't seem they really care!
