Two years ago this would get a 5* but they are taking on too much for one small chemist. Prescription are getting left for sometimes days in the stack of baskets and more often the meds are not in and need to be restocked. The problem is they are too good and have a good reputation with customers but they can no no longer deal in a fast response, to overcome they need a bigger unit with more staff.
Went in for my blood pressure to be taken. pharmacist also give me my flu jab 5***** service
