Stayed at a campsite 1 mile up the road called in to look at the menu was told food from 5pm (Thursday night). Cycled back to the pub by 5:30. It is dog friendly probably 6-7 there when we arrived. Ordered pot of tea and glass of wine. Eyebrows were lifted when tea was ordered. Food took over 75 minutes to arrive. The wife had gammon and chips I had fish and chips not exactly complicated. The gammon resembled a sole of a shoe and the chips were way over cooked. The fish was nice. The reason apparently was that they had a new fryer and it would have been better if we had ordered curry. Very disappointing to spend £40 oh and the pot of tea took 45 minutes ????????♂️
Lovely pub with friendly staff and dog friendly. Walking distance from caravan site I was staying which I went to the club house but there isn't dog friendly.
Steak was great there!
A lovely friendly welcome from the new owners. Excellent value for money with the basket meals and really tasty. Beautifully cooked and presented well. Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!
Warm welcome in this dog friendly pub. Highly recommend the Curry and pint deal. Great service by friendly owners.
Had a lovely Sunday lunch here. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced and the locals were friendly. Would definitely visit again.
We decided to try a local pub , it's a cosy pub good atmosphere under new management. The bar was welcoming and courteous. No local beers appeared to be available, but the Worthingtons was spot on.
Had a lovely meal and they have a quiz night on Thursdays. Great staff and friendly people. wonderful night.
Excellent freshly made food. Steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare (as asked for). Great motorhome stopover as close to New Quay too
