When the old owners were there no issues whatsoever, great food, great service and banter (some may say attitude) and the young lad and lady had it all sorted. Since new owners have taken over food is still cooked tidy by the young lad but they never answer the phone, have added egg that I can't eat to a few of my orders when I've not asked for it and sold me out of date chocolate bars. Place is going down hill fast and its a shame because the young lad in the kitchen works very hard. Only other issue is when you go in sometimes there's loads of children in there and the waiting area is quite small so when they're playing up it's not a fun experience. Hope things change because I've stopped going there due to all this which is a shame.

Ordered a breakfast and a hot dog and it's taken over an hour and a twenty to arrive. When I called I was ignored 4 times and when just eat sent a text they said they needed more time. How this is allowed to fly I don't know my dad has had to go to work hungry cos it said up to 35 mins when I placed the order and now nearly 2 hours later it's still not here and their asking for more time. Ludicrous.
Avoid at all costs, they shouldn't even be on just eat. Ordered food around 10:45 - 11:00 on the app over an hour passed so I tried to ring them about 5 times got no answer still waiting 2 hours later. Left a review on just eat and asked for refund as it is not acceptable
I ordered a delivery at lunch time today. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly, nuggets were golden and crisp, my baguette was well filled, and fresh. Delivery was really quick, and the driver, very friendly. I’ll be ordering again for sure
Food was outstanding. Delivery was before scheduled arrival. food arrived at amazing standard and still piping hot. Cooked to perfection in all honesty I couldn’t be happier !

AVOID!!! The owner was extremely abusive on the phone when I called asking where my order had been after a 3 hour wait!! Bear in mind I live up the hill from the shop. Literally 3 minute drive. For a business owner he has no customer service skills what so ever. He said my order had been “bumped up the queue” so I hate to think how long other were waiting. He’s absolutely vile and the food was soggy and cold. Try to help a local business and this is what you get, stick to Greggs everyone he’s not worth your money.
Ordered breakfast and am appalled to discover that they've not stuck to my allergy request and put eggs in despite me telling them that could kill me. Terrible and they didn't even answer the phone!
