My partner took her car here for a small check up, only for her to get it back and find the speakers broken! Turns out they left the window open overnight and the interior got wet. After getting confronted about it the staff denied it and denied it until a member of staff admitted to doing it. So she just got lied to over and over...
To be honest, the whole experience just screams unprofessional. Mechanics get a bad wrap as it is - and things like this is the reason why!
DISGUSTING SERVICE! Untrustworthy, Dishonest, Deceitful, Unprofessional and awful attitude! DO NOT GO HERE if you want your car to be in good care. Would never use this garage again, they have lost business from the whole family. Deceitful and disrespectful towards women! Damaged my daughters car while in their care, staff laughed while owner lied to her face when she questioned it and refused to do anything about the damages!

Terrible service! Lied to my face about leaving my car windows open overnight while my car was in their care, one of their staff members later on admitted it. Left all the interior soaking, broken speakers and electrics due to the water damage. REFUSED to do anything about the damages they’ve caused! Dishonest, untrustworthy and rude!
I have used the Mot centre for a number of years. I have found them to be honest and willing to offer advice on the minor mot fails which is great for me as I don't mind having a go at the more minor repairs. There are places which are slightly cheaper but I prefer to know my car is safe and I have not been ripped off for unnecessary work by a garage which is trying to line their own pockets.
Great service and outstanding job at a really fair price. Took my van to several places and was all wary to do the job. But pengam repair absolutley smashed it. Would defonelty reccomend.
Had another MOT today. Lyndon was really helpful and a nice guy. the van with flying colours. Thank again guys.
