Nice all staff and always giving to right advice to customers.
Next day prescription hand over is really fast customer service.
Always helpful, no more so than today where another pharmacy made such a mess of a prescription order Penenden Heath Pharmacy even rang my doctor to get permission to issue a correct prescription the other pharmacy had messed up. Excellent service and I will change from my previous pharmacy to this one.
Not even worth 1 star! As a regular medicine taker for my on going medical condition, I've been using this pharmacy for roughly 8 years and was happy enough but over the past few years the quality of staff and their attitude has deteriorated, I've always given them the benefit of the doubt with my opinion being that everyone has bad days but last few months have been the final straw, my partner went to pick up my pre ordered medicines only to be told after a 10 minute wait that they didn't have the medicines so would need to go elsewhere, two members of staff were very sarcastic to him amd rude when he asked where he should go, I have now changed the pharmacy I collect my medicines from and will not use Penenden Heath again.
I changed to link pharmacy in King Street after lots of hassle at penenden heath but my brother still uses them.
He went to collect a prescription yesterday to be told they couldn't get the meds and to come back the next day to collect a reprint of his prescription so he can take it elsewhere. Why did it need till the following day to print something out?
I have been to collect the reprint today. 3 members of staff, only me and hubby in there, and we're stood there waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting.... I turn to hubby and say 'I'm definitely going to tell bro to change pharmacy, this is ridiculous.'. All of a sudden I'm getting served - i wonder why!!!
I explain about the reprint and he comes out with a filled prescription bag and says '1 item?' I said 'oh, have you got it now then? Can I check what it is?" He shows me the prescription and I said" yes, that's the one he's waiting for, he was told you couldn't get it but you must have managed to".
He then took the prescription and went to the back, then he started looking through all the other made up prescriptions. He come back to me and said "we've only got one item", I said "yes, like I said, that's the one he's waiting for" ????
Do yourselves a favour and use the link pharmacy in King Street. Far superior with staff who know what they're doing.
Staff are useless, negligent and rude!!! Avoid this pharmacy!
The items I needed they said they didn’t have and sent me to another pharmacy, I then went there and they said Penenden Heath pharmacy hadn’t released them so they couldn’t give me the items, I went back to PH and they said Monday, 2 weeks later after trying in several occasions they had it, this is when I got the wrong prescription for a repeat prescription that was never requested, I still didn’t have the items needed.
Called them they said they would investigate and call me back, no call so 5 days later I called up and they said they have 1 of the items and I can swap the wrong prescription but when I got in they threw the old ones away and went to charge me again and then it also became apparent they had lost the prescription for one of the items and they refused it. So I still haven’t got all the items I needed and I’m down £30!!!
Absolute joke, will not be using them ever again! Go to king street link pharmacy, open until late and far better.
This is without doubt the most reliable friendly pharmacy I have been to. They have given me advice about minor illnesses and injuries without needing to bother the GP. My prescriptions get sent directly to the pharmacy and are generally available the same day. Sometimes the need to order in for the next day or give some and an owing slip but are always very well organised. I have had nothing but excellent service for the last few years
Want to grab a prescription for elderly people Awful service by a Indian man act like donkey behaviour wasn’t acceptable tho please avoid this please
I have today telephoned this pharmacy and they were extremely helpful. The young lady who I spoke went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.
