Top quality of work with spraying and removing a dent. Gave me clear instructions with aftercare. Excellent communication. Only criticism is dust left inside car on upholstery from work and residue on windows which was inconvenient and tricky to clean.
The garage is okay, they did a repair on my car to a good standard but internal damage was left without any phone call or text/message. My car was left in a mess after it had been in for the repair, the entire upholstery on the drivers side was left dusty and sunken into the seat, the floor was left a mess with dust and as for the outside of the car it was left covered in water marks/ dust etc. As much as I appreciate they did the job they did, I think I'll have to return with a valet bill. It was not pleasant. Friendly staff though.
I went to get a quote for a repair to damaged panels on the driver's side of my car. They took photographs, told me they'd ring either later the same day, or maybe the following day, with a quote. They took both my landline and mobile phone numbers, then disappeared back into the workshop. It is now over two weeks later, and there has been no communication whatsoever from them. I am not prepared to chase them, and I would not consider going there ever again... My car has since been professionally repaired elsewhere.
The colour of my bumper is a completely different odour to the rest of my car, also had a new scratch on my car but I didn't realise until I got home, have tried to contact the company to rectify the issues but I've been ignored. Would not recommend.
After hitting a low lying wall leaving deep scratches on my car I used Pembrey Accident Repair Centre.
I can't thank the guys enough, the body fix was perfect, they were professional, timely and good value for money.

Car went in to have rust repair and rear bumper sprayed 3 times it has been back to get the job done right and still not right but have given up with them one point car had come back worse than what it had gone in. Also car was always filthy coming back from them with filler dust all over and inside. They need lessons in machine polishing as have left a burn mark on the paint also sanding marks left where they have not machined it completely. To top it off they even got a speeding ticket in my car. Would not recomend them and wouldn't trust them with my sons toy car
Awfull sprayers took my brand new mercedes bonnet to get sprayed black went back 3 times to sort it .still some marks on it and bonnet starting to peel in a few places after a few months.would not recommend to anyone. Unfortinately had to give one star to put this review on otherwise it would be no stars!!!and the jodi jones review on here turns out to be his girlfriend/wife ????
