Pushed my appointment back by 2 weeks and on the day of the new appointment, asked me to come in earlier than scheduled. When I said I couldn’t come in early, they agreed to keep the original time, only for me to show up and find the dentist shut for the night—evidently they had no intention of keeping the original appointment. Will book elsewhere.
I recently visited here and just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff especially Megha. I’m I really nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but they all put me at ease throughout my treatment. I had problems after which was no fault of the dentist and they got me in the same day. I highly recommend them. Thanks again
Living in Manchester at the moment I can't get an NHS dentist but as I'm moving back to Walsall I decided to try down there and Pelsall Road Dentist took me on with no hassle. I've had alot of issues with my teeth over the years but the Pelsall Road Dentist has been brilliant with me. Took a few appointments to get what I needed done but all sorted now. Having a massive fear of needles I was put at ease each visit and can't thank them enough. Fantastic dentist, staff and overall service. Thanks again
I am petrified of the dentist and have problems with my teeth due to medication I have to take. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist than I do here.
I’m not at all as nervous as I was going before this place. I don’t feel judged for my fears or my problems with my teeth so that’s a huge plus!
The surgery itself is clean and airy and feels very fresh.
Accessibility wise, it is up a flight of stairs so may be an issue for some, other than that, I can’t fault it!
Contacted this dental surgery after a recommendation of a work collogue after receiving poor treatment from the bhandal dental group
The receptionist was accommodating, polite and professional. Pelsall fitted me in the same day as a new patient.
Dental work was carried out by Jason. Very pleased with the service and work performed. Jason was competent and seemed committed to providing a good job and not just taking your money.

Im an extremely anxious person when it comes to the dentist. My first visit, I stood and cried for 10 minutes but the dentist waited and assured me throughout. I attended again to have an extraction and i felt at ease and got straight in the chair. Thank you to Lily on reception for being so kind and the dentist and dental nurse (dont know their names) for being patient with me and making me feel like the dentist isnt actually as bad as i thought.
Brilliant dentist! Had both top wisdom teeth removed, each time I was made to feel relaxed and cared for by both dentist and nurses. Procedures were quick and simple, in and out with no problems. Jas (the dentist) gave me all the information I could of needed before and after both procedures. All staff were very polite, will be using this dentist from now on. Keep up the great work guys!!
DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS PRACTICE! been under this dentist for around 20 years was amazing when it was ran by Brindley. Now it's been taken over I have been taken off the system due to cancelling an appointment and the receptionist didn't remove it from the system. I spoken to the dentist today over the phone who was really rude and admitted they don't care about customer loyalty there, the receptionist also huffed at me down the phone. Never known such a rude practice. They also admitted their was a mis communication but didn't bother to help me at all. Never known anything like it! Rubbish practice now it's been taken over! The staff members need training in customer service! Never had an issue with David or Jess, bring back the good dentists!
