Been a brilliant takeover from Lloyd's pharmacy. Service is much more smoother and quicker. Staff are also more approachable and friendly. Very informed and helpful too. Easy to reach on the phone. Nothing but positive experiences with them! Very appreciative of the Asian lady working there as well.
Came in today, there were three workers and the first two were nice except the one hiding at the back. I was called up and I had seen they only sorted out one of my prescriptions, I said I had two and she was making snide remarks saying I should’ve told her. Had she learnt not to run her mouth and actually listened, maybe she would’ve heard something. Stated it at the start at the register.
It is very annoying because I traveled a long way to go to Peckham Pharmacy to pick it up. Lack of laziness and unprofessional, there is no shortage of staff. They are just lazy and rude. I don't recommend to go there. And they are discrimination and had to wait to collect medicine extra 20 mins. I don't know why. It's very horrible service
i'd just been there, as according to google (and the opening time sheet visible on the shop's window) today's (Friday) business hours are 9.00 - 5.30. at 10.10 as shutters were still safely padlocked and nobody had yet bothered to open the pharmacy, i made my way back home, as I couldn't be bothered to wait for such rude shop owners.
in the time i was waiting outside, i asked some nearby activities if they knew of any specific reason why they were not open yet. common answer was "they are totally unreliable".
exactly what someone expects from the local chemist.

Very poor experience here which is a shame. Very unreliable and employees seem to behave as if customers and clients are a nuisance to them. They called me to cancel on my flu shot which I scheduled and advised to call back to see if they have an available. When I call, no one ever picks up. Poor level of customer service and I will in future avoid using this location as my local pharmacy.
I've been a customer of this Lloyd pharmacy since 2011, all staff have always been fantastic but since 2021 the services is absolutely awful, staff are rude and lazy, the queue can be all the way to the street and you could wait over an hour to get your prescription just to be told to come back later as it will take time to put together. You leave and when you come back, you have to queue up again and it is still not ready, worse staff ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. And they are close on Saturdays and Sundays absolutely ridiculous
Don't waste your time with this place in Peckham. Booked flu vaccine, google stating it was open (as you'd expect for an appointment). Arrived after 40 min travel time - shutters down no one home. others outside waiting said it's gone completely downhill.
