New patient: I registered with this dental practice today.
I was a bit anxious attending my appointment as it had been a few years since I last went to the dentist.
The receptionist was welcoming and helpful while I filled out the forms. The dentist was kind and informative while explaining my treatments and the process. I had old fillings replaced and one new filling applied as well as a clean up. Dental assistant was also welcoming and took care using the equipment whil assisting the dentist.
I am happy with the service i received today and will be back for my next check up soon.

On arrival, the staff is very polite and understanding. DR.Shah is very good at what he does and I would always recommended other people to go to the dentist surgery. The place is very clean and tidy. Even when speaking to other patients who may be waiting, they're also friendly and even agree with me that Dr Shah gives very good oral care. In total everyone at the establishment is very respectful, attentive and caring. I would 100% recommend this dentist surgery. Thank you so much Dr Shah for the great dental service all the time! I've been attending this dentist for 2yrs and Dr Shah kindly saw me during covid as I have cancer and the chemotherapy destroyed my teeth. It had been over 10yrs since I had been to a dentist as I never liked it, but Dr Shah was very professional and reassuring during the dental session and said what he was going to do next & if I was comfortable to continue during ever session. Also the staff are very pleasant and the building is very clean.
I visited this surgery today and my experience is too good to keep quiet about it all,the doctor was very kind and gentle with the support of his nurse ,everything I went through was done very careful and I really appreciate his hard and he made my day wonderful. I will also introduce him to any friends and families about his wonderful job he does and am looking forward to see him in the future.
I needed an emergency filling but due to covid there was no-one taking. Dr Shah kindly squeezed me in onto the appointment list even though clinic was full. He said he wasn't able to do much; however he did give me a temporary filling and said call back in a month or so when there is space on the books. I was able to be seen by him again within 3/4 months. Now that sounds long & yes it was but at this point I was suffering for many month & no dentist would see me so for Dr. Shah to squeeze me into an appointment was so helpful & nice. Since then I was able to get on the books and be seen. This dentist can be very accommodating to your needs and timings they can offer. I was even able to be seen last week as they had a cancellation. I was a couple minutes late & it was still fine. The staff is friendly, the dentist is clean and they answer any questions you have if you aren't sure. Dr. Shah takes his time when he's doing your teeth he doesn't just rush into making a decision on what your teeth needs before taking the best next steps. I'm so happy I found this practise and so far all is good. He even gave me a white filling which I never get so I was super happy about that considering I'm in my 30's and don't want a mouth full of silver a person can see when I laugh. I recommend this practice!
They are excellent dental practice and received good and prompt treatment from them. Surgery is clean and dentist explained treatment clearly. Staff were very helpful
Excellent service, kind dentist who explains treatments very well. I was nervous at first but now dentist has put me at ease and I visit him regularly. Very satisfied and have seen same dentist for over 25 years. Whole dental team are efficient
I had a broken tooth and my regular dentist has not returned since Covid. I had to find a dentist as I had a broken back tooth. Found Pearl Dental Practice in Kilburn Lane near to my home and was initially given a temporary filling, however the tooth couldn't be saved. On my next appointment Dr Shah took my tooth out, gave a white filling to another tooth and did a clean up with the minimum of fuss. I was treated well and was given plenty of aftercare advice. Very happy to have found this place.
