Went there for a puncture repair. Service was good but price was high. Normally costs £15 elsewhere (often need puncture repairs on work vans) PDC charge £24. Personally won't use them again for this reason.
Paul and his team have been exemplary on helping me with my issue today and to say they went above and beyond would be an understatement! Thank you so much for your speedy report, communication and kindness! Needless to say you won’t get this level of service from any other local garages!
Avoid PDC motoring centre. Lied to my wife after she had car in for coolant leak, and knocking noise. Had work done they said knocking noise was a bearing. Went in to garage again after car was still making knocking noise. Was told that it was gearbox. Explained wouldn’t have had coolant work done if we knew about gearbox. Hung up on phone after 2 minutes. Went in to reception fairly annoyed bloke called police or pretended. Said it was a civil issue so no refund as they did work on coolant/bearing , and pump change. None of his staff defended him.
I would have been quite happy to speak to police. Said about being recorded, and I said so you have recording of lying to my wife then. Bloke laughed. If anyone uses them I would take car to another garage, and probably find out they were not being honest about what was wrong with car, and quite happy to charge for other work.
Very polite, gave me a quote on what I needed doing and told me if I could get a second hand part that I needed they would fit saving me a lot of money.
Friendly lady on the reception & friendly staff all round, would recommend!
Great garage always fix the problem first time. Won't go anywhere else Recommend to anyone AAA
