These are the same guys as nationwide medicals! Doctor is NOT a doctor. Fob you off with excuse after excuse. Don't respond to calls or emails. Won't give a refund when it all goes wrong. You will end up paying again to get this done. Waited 5 weeks for my form before I went elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. USE DOCTORS ON WHEELS. Have reported them to DVLA and TRADING STANDARDS.
Doctor put wrong date on the form leading to DVLA rejecting it. BE VERY CAREFUL and check not only what information you provide, but also how they fill in the forms. Lost 2 weeks of my licence and no apology for their mistake and took over a week to correct it. But quick enough to take your money. NOTE - they have no scales so you need to weigh yourself before the medical, for them to fill in. Also failed me on eyesight, so had to go to optician for exam and report, who said they could not understand why PCOSmart failed me, as there was nothing wrong and I met the eyesight requirements. So don't take their word on test results, query it while you are there.
My initial appointment was rearranged and later (when I was almost near) cancelled due to non availability of Dr. Repeated promises of refund not honoured and as a result had to get help from Barclaycard. Avoid if you can.
The customer service is very poor, it took me 3 months to get my medical form. The lady on the phone has been telling me on the phone the same exact thing since the first week, that the form is with the admin team, ifbuts with them can't you simply ask them to send it ? But finally got it but I would not suggest you guys to even try them. Poor company and not ready to manage it
If you are smart you will AVOID Like fire this company! It’s a same scum company as “NATIONWIDE MEDICALS”

Openly invite you take them to court over £69 low life scum bag you are Mr director! One day you will twist your ankle and smash your face in the process. AVOID AT ALL COSTS FRAUD!!!!!!
Dr Made a mistake on my Pco medical form, he had even kept my medical records saying he will send to TFL, which he didn't, and by Law he shouldn't have, Iv'e been trying to contact them but no answer. Going to my GP now and paying him also. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Their service is rubbish and they did my medical in a hotel. Whatever you do do not go to them. They never complete the form completely and they make a mistake deliberately or they dont fill the form deliberately just to make you come back. I advise no one to approach this trash business.
Had a mistake on my medical form and was fuming . However after 1 phone call and a call back from customer services everything was corrected within 24hrs great customer service 5 stars , if the rest of our industry was run like this it would be great
