Bought my Yamaha TDM 900 from Carl just over a week ago, he delivered it 4 days later as agreed, went on a ride out on Sunday 175 miles of fantastic fun, great bike & a great service from Carl @ PB Motorsport. Would highly recommend. Thank you. A Very Happy Customer !!
I travelled over 200 miles to look at an SH300, PB Motorsport had for sale.
Thankfully there was no disappointment. The bike was in excellent condition and rode well. Carl and his colleagues couldn't have been more helpful.
Overall it was an excellent buying experience.

Friendly and straight bunch of guys found them to be very laid back and helpful. I got what I paid for cheap and cheerful bike. Bike was checked and ready with an MOT for collection I found the premises to be authentic very original no pretention a real down to earth bike dealership like back in the 70's small showroom and workshop out back you get what you pay for thanks guys for an honest and proper working bike environment!
My experience was all well at first, The owner seems a nice chap,
But sadly the bike i bought off them had a serious fault on delivery which it didn't have when i viewed the bike.
They tried backing out of the legal rights and i had to a get refund from the credit provider.
In the end it turned out to be a very bad experience and costly for both me and pbmotorsport.
My own opinion is that they need to be a bit more involved with after sales and accept liability for there mistakes. Genuine or not.
Once they have replaced the current mechanic with someone who actually knows bikes and has pride in the bikes he works on then i dare say things will improve.
Bought two bikes from PB Motorsport,both of them have been spot on and not over priced. Both nice honest and knowledgeable lads who don't try to force a sale. Looking forward to visiting the new premises ????
Bought a bike over the phone via eBay and ended up with a load of trouble.
needed new brake cylinders as they had been bodged and kept seizing linked front and rear brakes. Back wheel incorrectly spaced so tyre worn away by swingarm and main stand. Petrol leaking from tank, electronic control unit left flapping about under seat and generally set up and running like a pig.
Several hundreds of pound later with a trusted local dealer and i have a bike safe and worth riding.
Pleasant enough to deal with ( Carl) but mechanically incompetent.
Thanks for everything guys, a sole teething issue with my own purchase (Suzuki GSXR 250, MY 1989) but it was underpriced for what it was and for a twenty six year old specialised bike, serviced to a standard far better than could be expected. The teething issue was the plugs fouling with an idle mixture too rich - 15 minutes after I got home and a turn of the pilot screws later, all was resolved. Cant thank you enough - and not many dealerships will take you to the nearest post office over the weekend so you can get to ride home and give you and extra oil filter ready for the next service!Great guys, straight talking and would recommend to all,

Awful. Incompetent mechanic. Had 3 jobs to do on the bike pre-delivery. Fitted incorrect chain, oil filler cap was left off and he couldn't work out how to adjust the throttle (which I did in 5 minutes following a google search). Also managed to break the front mudguard, but denied it and claimed it was done when I viewed the bike - which it wasn't. Had heard similar horror stories from a colleague of my wife but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.
