Fantastic service today. Booked in for oil and filter change. This was completed quickly and efficiently. On top of this, they fixed the door seals for free in my ford focus which is apparently a common issue with this model of car. Also, both individuals I spoke to at the service desk were very friendly and accommodating.
We have been using this garage for several years with several cars and have always had excellent service.
Graham and his mechanics have been servicing my cars for years. He's as honest as the day is long, his prices are very reasonable and the work is always top notch. I've been a very happy customer for years and expect to be for many more to come.
I have been using Paxton Hill Garage since it first started. Graham is always helpful and honest. They will always try to help even a very short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My partner's car went in here to have the aircon fixed and an oil change. When we next tried the aircon (2 days later), it still wasn't working. She called up and was told that it wasn't their fault, and she would need to pay again to get it fixed, despite being told it was working when she initially collected it. Frankly, I don't see why she should have to pay again, when the problem was mis-diagnosed, or not fixed correctly first time around. The garage owner's attitude was disgusting to be honest, completely unwilling to rectify his mistake. Bear in mind, she has been taking her car here for 9 years.
Fantastic garage I have used them for over 20 years. My children now use Graham and his team of mechanics which is testament in it's self. Very reliable I would recommend Paxton Hill Garage 100%.
