Great place, very friendly, I loved the sushi and salads. It takes some time to prepare but that is important and good! They clearly like to make food. I would love to have such simple and good small restaurants at the lakeside of Lausanne, Vevey or Montreux, where other small restaurants just offer low quality and fast food.

Les prix sont excessif. Chf 23.00 pour un tartare de thon. Beaucoup de riz, un peu de d'avocat et très peu de thon.
I ordered 3 different skewers (chicken, salmon, tuna) for 23 Franks.
The chicken was no good meat quality at all. Even my small son didnt wanted it.
The Fisch was a little bit dry, but OK.
Great was the vinigar rice and both salads. Absolut delicious.
But for the price and the long waiting time - for empty tables - I will not eat there again.
Or order something absolut different, for a better (?) result.

There was too much gristly meat and fat in the chicken skewers. We like chicken, but like a better quality. 23 francs is a lot of money, the skewers were small. I think that I should get a reasonable quality for that.
It had nothing to do with the ginger, the rest was delicious .
Attention ne cherchez pas un restaurant. Le lieu est très mal indiqué, il s'agit en réalité d'un petit bungalow au bord du lac au Bouveret, pas évident à trouver lorsqu'on ne connaît pas l'endroit.
Nourriture plutôt chère, et pas spécialement exceptionnelle. Première expérience plutôt décevante, je ne pense pas y retourner.
Que dire des ramens aux bœufs ?
Pâte pas cuite en bloc, c'est des nouilles, pas de goût.
J'en ai manger des meilleurs.
Et le temps d'attente, 1h .
Dommage.
Très bien situé avec belle vue sur le Léman ! Très bons sushis, makis et mention spéciale pour le California crunch. Du choix pour les végétariens et très bon rapport qualité prix ! Accueil et service chaleureux, serveuse vraiment sympathique ????
Produits frais et sushis fabriqués à la commande. Très bon et pas cher, je recommande vivement
