Paul is the best ever and friendly Engineer I have ever met. Got my alternator replaced. Excellent Service, fast response and always offer extra help. The price is reasonable too. Highly recommended!
I bought a used car after having problems getting a new one because of the ongoing delivery issue. I knew I’d want it to be safe and reliable so took it into P&P for a full service and check over. When I bought it I thought it drove well but now these guys have worked their magic it’s brilliant. Brakes are better, more responsive and is just a nicer experience all round. On top of that there’s a small issue I asked them to check out and they had the opportunity to do £500-600 worth of work but instead told me it’s nothing to worry about and they wouldn’t bother doing it if it was their car, so honesty on top of total professionalism. Thanks guys and I’ll definitely recommend you.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they really know what they are doing - I've been using them for years, never had a problem with their work and their charges have always been fair
They do get busy at times which is only to be expected, so you should try to book ahead as I do
I put a horrible dent in the frame of my car. The repair work looks good as new and the service was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recomend.
Asked for a quote to fix my wingmirror, didn't contact me for 2 days. Called to confirm they were on it, was promised a call back that day, didn't happen.
