Very busy inside. Lunch time feast for two. Good food, fresh. It's been here for a couple of yrs, plenty of customers which is proof enough for anyone. Back in the end of November, Mr Frost is outside.
This is the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Hands down. No contest. I don’t know how it could be made better. Maybe a foot rub after or something. 5 star. Easy review
Great cafe. Been here a few time now for breakfast and everytime it been delicious! I have a full English and my partner has the vegetarian breakfast which she says is also delicious especially the vegetarian sausages. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Also sell fresh cobs, bread, pies, cakes and somasas etc

Staff were rude. Complained about ordering too much despite there being no other customers waiting to order. Expressed no rush for the order, but were told to preorder in the future. Order wasn't completed accurately. Ingredients missed from sandwiches. Not the first time. While the food itself was nice, the attitude of the staff member put a dampener on the experience. Will reconsider coming back as the establishment appears to have gone downhill in the way of customer service in recent months.
Beautiful place, awesome family friendly style of staff, as they are warm and welcoming. Then there's the food and drinks which are all absolutely lovely. Keep it up. It's really nice to find places like this that still have that family feel offering everything to an excellent standard.
We had gone in to order 5 sandwiches for our office this morning. The cafe itself wasn't busy and there was no other customers queueing or waiting on food, however when we went to order our sandwiches we were told 'can you ring through next time you want to order this many sandwiches you're putting pressure on the kitchen'. We advised that we are happy to wait and the response we got was 'that's not the point'. We have phoned through in the past to be advised it's easier to just pop in so at this point I'm not too sure what they'd actually prefer?
I could appreciate it if they were busy, but it was quiet, and it is only 5 sandwiches at the end of the day, surely as a cafe if you can't handle somebody walking in and ordering 5 sandwiches whilst also stating they are willing to wait then you are doing some of the fundamentals extremely wrong?
I'm not expecting Michelin star service of course considering we've used there before and know what to expect, however staff members not being rude and hypocritical would be a great starting point.
We asked for some bacon not well done and it was taken so literally that it was still oinking whilst in the sandwich, and I think there must be a brown sauce shortage on the horizon that only this cafe are currently aware of!
All in all a fantastic experience.
Excellent place for breakfast, food very good, staff very efficient and friendly. The only downside is the ambience, it feels like you're sitting in a canteen environment, the noise of people chatting echoes off the walls, making it almost impossible to hear conversation. Could definitely do with some more decor that helps absorb the sounds, but otherwise a great place.
